Last Tuesday, the leaders of Hood County gathered together in the David Southern Lake Granbury Conference Center for their quarterly Leaders in Government luncheon. While Bedford did not place in the PPPOTY this year, he won the 2025 Mission Moment Spotlight Award, which helped to achieve his handler Kay Dykes dreams of getting Hood County residents educated and excited about therapy animals.
