The Hood County Commissioners Court voted 4-1 Aug. 25 to send letters concerning the Apache Hill Battery Energy Storage System and DeCordova BESS to the Texas Attorney General's Office, the Electric Reliability Council of Texas and the Public Utility Commission of Texas.
