On Nov. 9, the Chisholm Trail 100 Club hosted the Honoring Our Heroes golf tournament and fundraiser at Squaw Valley Golf Course in Glen Rose. The nonprofit organization provides various types of insurance at no cost to all first responders in Johnson, Somervell, and Hood counties. After the tournament, Holy Smokers served burgers and hot dogs for everyone to enjoy during the live and silent auctions.
