When Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Isaac Moris joined the Civil Air Patrol (CAP) in 2021 as a 13-year-old, he had no clue that he and his best friend, Cadet Lieutenant Colonel Cooper Roberts, would be the first cadets since their squadron’s founding in 1999 to earn the prestigious General Ira C. Eaker Award.
