Commissioners debate new vehicle purchase for Precinct 2 Constable

Members of the Hood County Commissioners Court clashed Nov. 26, as they debated the approval of a new truck purchase for Precinct 2 Constable John Shirley. Although the agenda item was approved 3:2, the issue of necessity became a source of contention between members of the court and the public.
