Benson gets 19-year sentence plus probation, fines in child porn case

Former Granbury City Council candidate Bradley Jay Benson has been sentenced to 19 years in custody — split between state jail and prison — along with 10 years of probation and $110,000 in fines, following a four-day trial held Sept. 8–11.
