Nothing will carry the winter blues into the hazy days of summer like you or a loved one experiencing a senseless roadside accident. However, each year, as the weather gets warmer and people once again start to get active outdoors, pedestrian and cycling incidents increase exponentially. To raise awareness for these dangers and hopefully protect some of Texas’ roadway users, TxDOT has launched their new campaign, “Be Safe. Drive Smart.”
