Barbara Williams, 82, passed away peacefully Tuesday, Sept. 2, 2025, in Granbury. Barbara was born Nov. 16, 1942, in Cleburne, Texas, to Truitt and Pearline Price. She married Leslie Dean Williams Dec. 17, 1960, in Decatur, Texas.
Barbara worked at Durant Chevrolet in Granbury for many years and then moved on to work at Lockheed Martin in Fort Worth, Texas, and retired after 25 years.
Preceding her in death were her husband, Leslie Dean Williams; parents, Truitt and Pearline Price; and brother, Larry Price.
Barbara is survived by: daughter, Darenda Sue Williams Garlick and husband James Kevin Garlick; grandchildren, William Riley Garlick and wife, Baillie Ann Garlick of Granbury, Kate Nicole Rist and husband Acie James Rist of Granbury; great-grandchildren, Anderson James Garlick, Winley Ann Garlick, Rein Riley Garlick, Avery Grace Rist and Hudson Acie Rist.
A visitation will be held Monday, Sept. 15, 2025, at the Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Services will be held Tuesday, Sept. 16, 2025, at the Wiley Funeral Home in Granbury beginning at 10 a.m.
Burial will follow at Granbury Cemetery.
