Misty Dawn Parsons, 49, of Granbury, peacefully left us Sunday, March 22, 2026. She was born to parents Donna and Stu Parsons July 14, 1976, in Odessa, Texas.
Misty filled a room, even from a young age – drawing others in, making anyone and everyone feel special and important.
Misty was extremely hard-working, exceedingly kind, hilariously witty, and whip-smart. Misty was valued by family, friends, and coworkers, and always praised for her calming and captivating presence. Her ability to have a whole room caught in laughter was one of the many beautiful facets of her personality, and what people knew her best for.
Misty had a love for pickles, University of Texas football, and dogs – big and small. She was never one to shy away from an adventure or a split-second escapade. Everyone knew Misty for her infectious laugh and fun-loving spirit, or her nurturing side. Misty successfully handled accounts payable at Texas Building Supply and adored her job. Misty was always elated to spend time with her family at the center of every gathering, making her loved ones feel nothing short of special and adored.
She is survived by her daughter, Faith Holloway, parents Stu and Donna Parsons, siblings Aleasha Bell and husband Nathan, Shelley Richardson and husband Brian, Jeff Parsons, and Travis Parsons, and numerous beloved nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, and cousins.
