A joyous atmosphere filled the air as the staff of Nettie Baccus Elementary School warmly greeted students on the morning of Tuesday, August 13, the first day of school. They did an outstanding job of ensuring that all students felt welcome, especially comforting and guiding the youngest ones on their very first day of classes.
