Three arrested on marijuana state jail felony charge

Dustin Matthew Taylor, Brittany Renea Johnson-Taylor and Cody Lee Ames, all age 20, were arrested early Thursday evening at their residence on Second Street in Granbury and each was charged with possession of marijuana, more than 4 ounces and less than 5 pounds, according to Granbury Police captain Alan Hines. The amount -- roughly 17 ounces, including packaging -- ranks as a state jail felony charge, Hines said. All three were released after posting $10,000 bond, according to Hood County Jail records.
