Sheriff: Juvenile turns himself in as drug dealer

A 16-year-old boy who called 911 on Sept. 27 and “stated he was a drug dealer” and wanted to turn himself in was arrested by members of the Hood County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Unit at his home in the 2700 block of Lipan Highway, Lieutentant Johnny Rose stated. The boy was in possession of 2 ounces of marijuana – a Class B misdemeanor, Rose said. He was placed in juvenile detention and will see a judge.
