Man charged in two felony counts related to alleged child sex abuse

Samuel Duane McGinty, 52, of the 1100 block of Skylark Drive in the Whippoorwill Bay subdivision, on Monday, Feb. 25, was arrested by members of the Hood County Crimes Against Children Task Force on one count of sexual assault of a child and one count of indecency with a child, according to the office of Hood County District Attorney Rob Christian.
