Lake Granbury is more than 3 feet low

Lake Granbury has dropped to 3.37 feet low this morning. Lack of rain and evaporation due to high temperatures are to blame, according to information on the Brazos River Authority website. On Aug. 16 last year the lake was 3.51 feet low. Forecasters predict a high temperature of 104 today.
