Arrest made after call about suspicious activity

Hood County Sheriff’s Office deputies, responding to a call about possible drug activity on Lakeshore Drive  in the Oak Trail Shores subdivision, on Sunday arrested Betty Jean Malloy, 59, of the 3400 block of Mountain Hollow Drive on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance (methamphetamine), Lieutenant Johnny Rose said. Malloy was walking in OTS when she was found with less than 1gram of meth, Rose noted.
