Lipan boys needing surge to end season

The Lipan Indians’ playoff hopes took another hit Tuesday night with a 49-35 home loss to Gorman.

The loss dropped the Indians (10-16 overall) to 2-4 in District 17-A.

Lipan has not missed the postseason since 1990.

“We knew going into this year it was going to be a tough season,” said Lipan coach Cody Chandler.
