Lady Bulldogs (25-5, 11-1 in 7-4A) retain share of first place with Aledo by finishing game with 9-2 run, capitalizing on three Granbury turnovers in final minute and half. Granbury (19-12, 10-2) led by 11 early in the third quarter, but the Bulldogs responded with a 17-6 run, largely by forcing seven turnovers, to tie the game entering the final stanza. The Lady Pirates travel to co-leader Aledo (23-7, 11-1) Friday and must win to retain any hope of garnering a share of the title.
