The annual Granbury Realtor-Redo is planned by the Granbury Association of Realtors. This is a project to revitalize the exterior of a home for a deserving resident within the historical district and historical overlay of the City of Granbury.
With the help of donated supplies and labor from local companies, Granbury Realtors will restore the exterior of one home and improve the landscaping.
The property will be updated to complement surrounding homes and increase the neighborhood desirability.
The association is accepting letters from property owners in the historical district and historical overlay outlining why your home would benefit from the revitalization and what has made it difficult for you to restore the exterior yourself.
You may also nominate a neighbor whom you feel is deserving of the revitalization.
Applicants should submit their letter by July 31, 2014 to Granbury Association of Realtors, Attn: Public relations committee, 2504 James Road, Granbury, Texas 76049.
The public relations committee will make the selection of the recipient by to August 15, 2012 and revitalization will be completed during September.
Granbury Realtors have targeted this project to give back to the community while helping increase the value of properties in the community.
Members of the Granbury Association of Realtors and their immediate families are not eligible for consideration.
