Tater Tot Casserole

1 lb ground beef or turkey, browned, seasoned and drained

2-3 c canned (drained) or frozen vegetables (try green beans, corn, peas or a mix)

3 lb frozen tater tots

1 can cream of chicken soup

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 1/2 c milk

8-12 oz cheddar cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Spread meat into a 13×9 greased casserole dish. Layer choice of vegetable on top.

Cover with tater tots.

Combine soups and milk and pour evenly over tater tots.

Bake for 45, then add cheese and bake for 10-15 more minutes, until slightly browned.
