Tolar rolls in second half to down Goldthwaite, 39-26

I football contest. NCTA Pioneers fall to Covenant Classical

The North Central Texas Academy Pioneers were defeated by Fort Worth Covenant Classical Thursday in Fort Worth, 89-65. The TAPPS Div. III, District 2 loss dropped the Pioneers to 2-1 in league play and 4-4 overall. NCTA will play at home on Oct. 31 against Longview Trinity in another district contest (7:30 p.m.) as the Pioneers continue to seek a playoff spot.…

Win clinches second place for Lady Pirates

The Granbury Lady Pirates beat Burleson High, 25-18, 25-19, 25-19 Tuesday night in the GHS James Wann Sports Center to clinch second place in the District 8-5A volleyball standings behind Aledo.
