Emma ‘Sue’ Miller Brookmole

Emma “Sue” Miller Brookmole, of Austin, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 13, 2015. Sue passed from pulmonary edema caused by an underlying heart condition. She was 80 years old.

Sue was born on Nov. 22, 1934 in Mexico, Missouri. She was the youngest daughter of Fannie Marian Hodges and Jess Krepps Miller and was the youngest of 6 siblings.

Martha Burton (Redwine) Ward died at home in Granbury on March 15, 2015, lovingly surrounded by her three sons and daughter.

She was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, Dec. 3, 1921, the only child of Robert Mitchell Burton (b. Cincinnati, Ohio) and Jennie Butner Burton (b. Savannah, Georgia). Raised in Ft. Worth, graduated from Paschal (1939) and attended what is now UT-Arlington.

Mrs. Ford was born Jan. 25, 1915, in Parker County to George Walker Reynolds and Maggie Pearl Addison Rey-nolds.

Durward Aubrey Freer, 98, of Whitewright and formerly of Lubbock and Granbury, was born November 3, 1916 in Weatherford to Charlie Banager Freer and Ollie Samantha Jones-Freer.

He grew up in Stamford and lived in Lubbock from 1949 to 1984. He worked as a master machinest for Randolph Machine Shop and later Liberty Machine Shop.

James “Jim” Spencer Dale, 69, of Tolar passed away Tuesday, March 17, 2015 at his home surrounded by those who loved him most, after a two-year battle with cancer.

Memorial: 1 p.m. Saturday March 21, 2015 at Tolar Baptist Church.

James served in the Air Force as a jet engine mechanic during the Vietnam war, and went on to retire from Union Pacific Railroad as a conductor with 32 years employment.

Norma was born on June 6, 1940 in Poteau, Oklahoma.

Norma graduated in 1958 from Midwest City, Oklahoma High School. Norma completed a vocational business school and later attended Tarrant County Junior College.

Ronnie was born Jan. 1, 1956, in Fort Worth to J.W. and Delois Floyd.

He was a maintenance technician at Traulsen Inc.

He loved his wife Linda, their dog Genghis, spending time with family, fishing, working with his tractor and building on their home, and he enjoyed debating.
