Sheriff’s Office deputies didn’t get their man, but they did get a woman.

Deputies searched about three hours Tuesday for Johnathan Shane Fulton, wanted on a parole violation.

They had received a call saying he was at his Arrowheard Shores home, in the 5600 block of Flint Drive, northwest of Granbury.

Suspects were arrested here, but their alleged crimes may have occurred outside the county.

    A Hood County sexual assault defendant who was a no-show for court in 2011 is still on the loose, according to Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Johnny Rose.

    But that’s not Thomas Edward Demopoulos’ only trouble.

    INDICTED

    Demopoulos, 48, was indicted six months later for embezzling over $86,000 from his parents, according to the U.S.

    A Tolar man was arrested last Saturday and charged with third-degree felony theft of livestock in Hood County, Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) Special Ranger Joe Roberts said.

    William Lloyd Dulaney, 48, was indicted on Wednesday by the Coleman County grand jury, Roberts said.

    Dulaney had leased 13 head of roping steers from the victim in April 2010, and Dulaney continuously promised to pay the victim for the steers, Roberts said.

    A Hood County jury convicted a 35-year-old Stephenville man of delivery of methamphetamine and sentenced him to prison for 40 years, according to District Attorney Rob Christian.

    Last October a Hood County Sheriff’s Office undercover investigator arranged for the purchase of methamphetamine from Morris Landon Johnson.

    According to Christian, Johnson was a methamphetamine dealer known to sell drugs in Hood County, and Johnson met the undercover investigator and delivered the drugs to him.

    A 39-year-old man was arrested by Hood County Sheriff’s Office deputies after allegedly forcing his way into a home in the 4500 block of Carter Court.

    Brain Thomas House, of the 4500 block of Carter Court, was arrested on Sunday around 4 a.m., according to Sheriff’s Office Lieutenant Johnny Rose.
