Kimberly Danielle Milwicz, 23, late last week became the final suspect to be arraigned among three who are facing a murder charge in the January shooting death of 63-year-old Rolling Hills Shores resident Gene Sabin. Her arraignment appearance on Sept. 21 before 355th Judicial District Court Judge Ralph Walton had been delayed from a previous date because Milwicz acquired a new attorney, Mark Dewitt of Granbury, in early September. The other two suspects – Gordon Ray Lewis and Justin Wade Ragan – had already pleaded not guilty during their arraignment procedures.
