Suspect in Monday’s shooting, home invasion now charged with fourth felony

Fallon Wayne Hart, 35, of Kerens, who was arrested Monday morning and charged with three felony offenses through the Granbury Police Department, is now facing a fourth felony charge out of the Hood County Sheriffi’s Office, Lieutenant Johnny Rose said. On Wednesday, Hart was charged with a first-degree felony count of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon, Rose said. “The charge stems from the home invasion robbery Hart committed in the 1300 block of Spanish Flower Drive after shooting at officers trying to arrest him,” Rose stated. Hart’s other felony charge is evading arrest/detention with a vehicle.
