Stephenville High School Principal Travis Stilwell is the lone finalist for the Tolar school superintendent’s job. Stilwell, 44, is expected to succeed retiring Tolar Superintendent Bruce Gibbs. Stilwell coached and taught biology at Tolar High School from 1997-99. He and his wife Michelle, a school nurse, have two children – Nicona, who will be a sophomore; and Skylar, who will be a seventh-grader. “His goal is to ensure that each child reaches their maximum potential,” Tolar School Board President Brian Thomas said.
