The Granbury School Board extended Superintendent Jim Largent’s contract one year Monday night – giving him a three-year contract that runs through June 30, 2017. It was a 6-0 vote. The board also gave Largent a pay increase but did not disclose the amount. Largent made $190,335 this past school year. “We can’t be more pleased with you,” board President Mark Jackson told the superintendent.
