Ray Wilson has first official day on job as fire marshal

May 1, 2013

Wednesday was the first official day on the job as Hood County’s new fire marshal for former Tolar Assistant Fire Chief Ray Wilson. He was named by vote of the Commissioners Court in early April to replace Brian Fine, who resigned in March to accept a position as a deputy state fire marshal. Wilson’s previous career had been as a police detective, and recently retired after 29 years with the Fort Worth Police Department.
