deCordova Mayor Dick Pruitt, who suffered a severe stroke several weeks ago, has not lost his sharp sense of humor, according to Mayor Pro Tem Pat Revill, who reports that Pruitt is slowly progressing through therapy. The mayor’s speech is slurred and he still is unable to walk, but he clearly seems to enjoy visitors, Revill reports. Pruitt is at the Health South rehab facility on Oakmont Boulevard.
