A man who presented a knife to an employee during a robbery of Gold & Silver Buyers next to H-E-B in the 3800 block of Highway 377 East in Granbury at about 3 p.m. Tuesday (Nov. 27) fled with approximately $800, according to Deputy Chief Alan Hines of the Granbury Police Department. The suspect was described as a slender African-American male wearing a gray hoodie and black pants, but no age estimate is yet available, Hines stated. The suspect made no verbal threat of violence, he noted. Authorities were looking for either a black or dark blue Nissan Maxima that the suspect may have left the scene in, according to emergency scanner traffic.
