Key testimony highlights first full day of Milwicz’s captial murder trial

On Tuesday, the first full day of the capital murder trial of Kimberly Danielle Milwicz who is one of three defendants in the 2012 shooting death of Gene Sabin, a key witness testified that Milwicz was so upset with Sabin that “She wanted to see him beat to a bloody pulp.” Sabin had been her employer at T.J.’s Private Club and Cafe before he fired her and told her she had to move out of the spare bedroom in his house where he had been allowing her to stay. The trial, which began late Monday afternoon in 355th Judicial District Court, is scheduled to resume at 8:30 a.m. Wednesday.
