Shortly after noon on Thursday, the jury began deliberation in the capital murder trial of Justin Wade Ragan, who is accused in the January 2011 shooting death of Gene Sabin at T.J.’s Private Club and Cafe. Thursday morning’s testimony included one of Sabin’s sons, Randy Sabin, as well as the final questions posed to Texas Ranger Don Stoner, who interviewed Ragan after his arrest. Two other defendants in the case, Kimberly Danielle Milwicz and Gordon Ray Lewis, also will have separate capital murder trials.
