Granbury man gets 30-year sentence on drug conviction

Tony Ray Plumlee, 61, of the 600 block of East Moore Street in Granbury, on Sept. 25 was convicted of delivery of a controlled substance, Penalty Group 1, more than 1 gram/less than 4 grams and sentenced to 30 years in prison, according to Hood County District Attorney Rob Christian. He was also fined $10,000. The case stemmed from Plumlee’s April 2011 arrest involving sale of methamphetamine to an undercover officer, Christian said.
