At its regular meeting Tuesday night (March 19), the Granbury City Council will “discuss and approve” a trip by council members and the city manager to Washington, D.C. to “discuss lake level issues with our senators and legislators, as well as potential emergency preparedness issues with the Nuclear Regulatory Commission,” according to the posted agenda. Hood County resident Chris Adams, a member of the board of the Brazos River Authority, has a column in the Saturday issue of the HCN addressing criticisms of the water authority.
