Four people were injured in two separate dog bite incidents Tuesday and Wednesday in Hood County, according to Animal Control Sergeant Charles Monroe. Today (Nov. 14), a 4-year-old girl in Eastwood Village suffered injuries to her head and abdomen. She is in a Fort Worth hospital, and Monroe said he has not heard a report on her condition. Tuesday (Nov. 13), a dog on White Tail Drive in the Deer Run Acres subdivision, bit an 11-year-old boy, his mother and grandfather. They were treated and released at Lake Granbury Medical Center. Monroe said both dogs will be put down and sent away to have rabies tests performed.
