The local EMTs of Texas EMS who responded to Rancho Brazos and other areas struck by the May 15 EF4 tornado in Hood County have been recognized for their outstanding efforts with a certificate from Gov. Rick Perry’s office.  It states, in part, “The leadership and selflessness shown … went above and beyond the call of duty.”
