Hood County District Attorney Rob Christian said early Friday afternoon that no one has been arrested in connection with an incident that occurred late Thursday afternoon at a residence on Peak Road south of Granbury in which a 14-year-old boy suffered a gunshot wound. Christian said that a previous report from another source was incorrect. The case is being handled by the Hood County Crimes Against Children Task Force, and the investigation is ongoing, according to Christian. The boy suffered a gunshot wound to the upper thigh, but his injury was not life-threatening, according to Precinct 3 Justice of the Peace Judy Watson.
