County Attorney Lori Kaspar told the Commissioners Court Tuesday (March 26) that her office is seeking to mandate in-car breathalizers for first time DWI offenders who were found to have high blood alcohol concentration levels. Kaspar made the statement as she was giving commissioners a report of her first few months in office. Precinct 2 Commissioner Dick Roan and County Judge Darrell Cockerham expressed appreciation to Kaspar for compiling and presenting the report.
