Hood County Sheriff Roger Deeds is in Lake Granbury Medical Center where he is being treated for dehydration, according to County Commissioner Dick Roan, who visited him on Monday. Roan said Deeds was working on Saturday when he felt a loss of energy, but he expects he will return to work no later than Wednesday or Thursday. Roan said there’s a “no visitors” sign posted now outside Deeds’ hospital room so he can get much-needed rest.
