North Texas is about to experience what could be record low temperatures for this time of year later this week, but it won’t last long. That’s according the National Weather Service in Fort Worth, predicting a low of 37 after midnight Thursday, going into Friday. Temperatures expected in the daytime will be up and down but not bad – 85 Wednesday, 48 on Thursday and 63 Friday. The NWS predicts a 30 percent chance of showers or thunderstorms Thursday, mostly before 1 p.m.
