Bond was set at $15,000 bond earlier this week by Judge Ralph Walton for Andrea Hope McNeill, 38, a resident of the Arrowhead Shores subdivision, in connection with a double fatality accident that occurred on Nov. 7 on Tin Top Highway, Hood County Jail booking records show. McNeill is charged with a state jail felony offense, criminally negligent homicide. The crash, involving three vehicles, resulted in the deaths of McNeill’s brother, John McNeill, and Sharon Cantu-Morgan, both Hood County residents.
