Granbury High School Assistant Principal Roger Arbabi will still be a campus administrator next school year – but in a very different locale. Arbabi has accepted a position as a middle school assistant principal at The Columbus School in Medellín, Columbia. He will be moving in July with his wife, Kathryn, an OB/GYN for Lake Granbury Medical Center, and their two children who attend Baccus Elementary. The couple’s decision was prompted by growing up in international schools – he in Iran and she in Belgium. “We feel that the experience played an important role in forming who we are. We want to pass on that opportunity to our children,” Arbabi said.
