Additional patrols planned for DWI enforcement by Granbury Police

December 31, 2012

The Granbury Police Department is sending out additional patrol vehicles in the city starting this evening to enforce DWI laws and help ensure a safe New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day, Deputy Chief Alan Hines said Monday (Dec. 31) afternoon. The Hood County Sheriff’s Office and the DPS also have scheduled extra officers for patrol duty. If you’re out celebrating the new year and have been drinking, do everyone a favor and get a designated driver to get home safely.
