FWCD pull away from Rattlers

December 21, 2013

The shorthanded Tolar Rattlers were tied with Fort Worth Country Day at the half Tuesday, only to see the game slip away in the final two quarters in a 66-44 loss.

Dakota Endsley led the Rattlers (0-7) with 12 points, and Hunter Ryan added 11.

“We came out right off the bat and turned the ball over five times and they got layups,” said Tolar coach Kent Caruthers. “We played a good ballgame, one of the best first halves we’ve had all year.”

The Rattlers were playing without Riley Osterman, who injured his leg in the Glen Rose Tournament.
