Controversial play works for Rattlers

As Tolar first baseman Tyler Phillips stretches for the ball, it appears that the Rosebud-Lott runner has eluded the out, but he was called out nonetheless for running out of the basepath. Phillips’ play in the field and at the plate helped the Rattlers to a runner-up finish in their Wood Bat Classic this past weekend.
