This cute dog was one of dozens offered for adoption Saturday morning at the Hood County Animal Control facility on Bray Street. New Animal Control Sergeant Kelly McNab and other deputies staged a free pet adoption along with an open house at the facility, west of Granbury off of Highway 377 West and Coke Court. Thirteen dogs and three cats were adopted at Saturday’s event, and approximately 200 people showed up, according to Captain A.T. Vines of the Sheriff’s Office.
