Two-year-old Levi Ragel of Tolar wore his dark cowboy hat with pride Thursday afternoon as he explored behind the scenes of the 59th Hood County Junior Livestock Show at the Granbury Reunion Grounds. Hood County 4-H and FFA youngsters by the hundreds invested months of preparation to take their turn before the judges with their chickens, rabbits, lambs, pigs, goats and cattle. The show concludes today (Saturday) with the annual auction at 1 p.m. in the Courts Cleveland Shown Barn on the grounds. See pages 5A, 8A-10A, 1B for more stock show coverage.
