Animal Control’s new on-site manager, Sergeant Kelly McNab, helps keep things organized at Saturday’s free pet adoption and open house. McNab recently took over for Charles Monroe, who took a job elsewhere. About 200 people came out to the facility just west of Granbury off of Highway 377 and Coke Court, at 240 Bray Street. Staffers, members of the Hood County Animal Lovers Organization (HALO) and the Brazos Animal Resource Connection (BARC) manned booths and offered free refreshments during the event.
