Work went on after sundown Thursday on South Morgan Street near the intersection with Paluxy Highway to ensure the safe arrival of two oversized loads to a construction site in Fort Worth. Two halves of a train trestle were being transported on two truck trailers from San Angelo and caused traffic woes in Tolar and Granbury when the trestle pieces fell off or shifted. The Tolar load remained overnight until cranes could lift it back onto the repaired truck Friday. The second truck’s load began to shift, and it was left off South Morgan near the Paluxy Highway intersection overnight.
