Congressman Mike Conaway represents District 11, so it was fitting that a grand opening for his new Granbury office was held yesterday – on the 11th.
The Granbury office is at 132 N. Houston St. on the square – the same address as the Lake Granbury Area Economic Development Corporation.
The office space will be shared between the EDC and Conaway’s regional director, Diane Williams.
Williams was previously a field representative for Congressman Bill Flores in his Cleburne office.
Redistricting shifted Hood County from the 17th district into the 11th district, where Conaway is serving his fourth term in Congress.
Conaway serves 36 counties in Central and West Texas. His regional office in Granbury will serve residents of Eastland, Erath, Hood, Palo Pinto and Stephens counties.
