Granbury’s fifth annual National Day of Prayer Breakfast was held Thursday at the Granbury Resort Conference Center. Austin Loignon of Cleburne leads the call to prayer with the traditional African-American spiritual “Poor Wayfarin’ Stranger” performed on a Native American flute. The breakfast recognized the honorary chairman, Granbury Mayor Rickie Pratt, who led the crowd in the Pledge of Allegiance. A full house were treated to a program packed full of inspiration and entertainment leading to guest speaker District Judge Ralph Walton’s fiery address.
